AFP - Two-time Grand Slam winner Amelie Mauresmo of France announced on Thursday she is retiring at the age of 30 following a decision made "after careful consideration."

AP - A board on the wall in Cincinnati's football meeting room lists six defensive goals for each game. In the last three weeks, only two of the goals were met — including winning the game.
NFL changes return-to-play rules for concussions (AP)
AP - NFL teams now have new, stricter instructions for when players should be allowed to return to games or practices after head injuries, guidelines that go into effect this week.

How are you.? My sister told me you got married. How is everything going? How is your mom?
Believe it or not I still keep in touch with Aftel. He is doing well. He is not at North Atlanta anymore but still working part-time in a school system.
As far as running, I still run but now it is just for fun and to stay in shape. But if i am lucky enough to run a good time I would leave my job, lol.
I see that you are married now. Congrats. So what else is new. Well I hope that all is well and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
How are you doing? I still play every now and then with my girls. Stephanie, who was our point guard coaches basketball for her son's team:) Glad to see that your doing ok.
